GACC was founded by Mr. Vijay Pal Singh who has done LLB by profession. The founder belongs to the family whose forefathers were involved in the field of animal control since ancient times and were generally known as “Shikari”.
The founder got this idea of establishing a firm for animal control by witnessing unnatural death of animals in residential areas, ill-treatment with such animals by people, menace by such wild animals etc. Aggrieved by all these, the founder started the firm with a view to control such activities in a peaceful and non harmful manner to the animals.
